The state of Arizona is using a majority of its Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funding to assist homeowners in purchasing foreclosed homes through a purchase assistance program. The program is available to residents of Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Maricopa, Pima, Pinal and Santa Cruz Counties. Allocated funds for Apache, Coconino, La Paz, Mohave, navajo, Yavapai and Yuma Counties have been expended.
